UCHS Girls Knock Off Northside Christian to Advance to Quarterfinals

Lady Barracudas to Host Burlington Christian Academy in NCISAA Basketball Playoff

On Tuesday, February 11 the UCHS Lady Barracudas will host the Lady Royals of Burlington Christian Academy in an opening round NCISAA 2A state playoff game in girls basketball.  Game time has yet to be confirmed with BCA but the anticipated start time will be either 5:30 or 6 pm at Tri-City Baptist Church gym.

Barracuda Basketball Teams to Play in Christmas Tournament at Westchester Country Day School

The boys and girls basketball teams from University Christian will play in the Wildcat Invitational holiday tournament at Westchester Country Day School in High Point on Friday, December 20 and Saturday, December 21.  Both UCHS teams will play host Westchester Country Day on Friday and will play the winners of Harrells Academy and Faith Christian

Varsity Girls Basketball Loses in Second Round of NCISAA Playoffs

Coach Deb Congro’s UCHS Lady Barracudas basketball team faced a tall task when they drew a first round bye in the NCISAA 2A playoffs only to face powerhouse and fellow SPAA Conference foe in round two.  That task got even taller with an injury to center Halle Disney and an illness to forward Amanda Perry.
